Delivery and returns
Delivery
- All orders are shipped EXW (Ex Works) from Iskra's facility and transported via regular mail, UPS, or similar carriers. For priority or overnight delivery, please indicate your preference when placing your order.
- Delivery dates provided by Iskra are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Iskra will not be held liable for delays caused by carriers.
- Delivery to a carrier constitutes delivery to the Customer, with the risk of loss transferring to the Customer at that point. Title to all products will pass to the Customer upon full payment and receipt by Iskra.
- Claims for shortages or damage must be filed with the carrier per their claims policy, within 10 days of delivery.
Inspection and acceptance
- Customers are required to inspect all delivered products promptly upon receipt.
- If defects or order non-conformities are identified, a written notice of rejection must be submitted to Iskra within 15 calendar days of receipt.
- After this period, products will be deemed accepted, and claims may not be considered.
- For products sold by weight, customary trade quantity variations are recognized.
Return policy
- Non-Faulty Products: Products that are not defective or that do not meet Iskra's fault criteria cannot be returned.
- Defective Products: Faulty or defective products may be returned only after completing the Warranty Claim Form. Non-defective special-order products are not eligible for return.
- Return Process:
- Notify a Customer Service Representative about the defect before initiating a return.
- Ensure all returned items are in factory-original shipping cartons and include all packing materials.
- Products not eligible for return will be sent back to the Customer at their expense.
