Payments

Payment terms

• Customers are required to pay the full invoice amount in advance before the shipment of their order
• Payments must be made in full as per the invoice terms, without offsets or deductions
• Any payment received will be applied to outstanding obligations at Iskra's discretion, regardless of any payment instructions, and will not waive Iskra's right to collect any remaining unpaid balance

Pricing policy

• All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice
• The prices charged will be those in effect at the time of shipment, including any customer-specific pricing or transaction-related charges
• Prices may be adjusted before shipment to reflect changes in Iskra's costs

Taxes and fees

• All applicable sales, excise, use, or other taxes, duties, or fees related to the sale, delivery, storage, or use of the products are the responsibility of the customer. These amounts will be invoiced separately and are due upon request, in addition to the quoted purchase price.
